Reordering photos – what do I need, how do I do it?

If you have already purchased images from Coast Mountain Photography you can reorder extra copies or enlargements via our web site reorder page telephone (604-938-1480) or email. Please refer to your original pink receipt issued at the time of purchase.

If you are ordering by telephone, you will need:

-The reorder code (date and name combination) found half way down your pink receipt on the right hand side.
-The negative number of the print you want to reorder.
-It will also help to have your invoice number (a 6 digit number on the top right side of your pink receipt).

If you do not know the negative number, please give us a good description of the image (number of people, men, woman, jacket colours, vertical photo, horizontal photo, standing up, sitting down etc.) Alternately, you may fax a copy of the photo to 604-938-1408.

For reordering we need a credit card number and a mailing address.

I had my photo taken but did not get to see my images at the store – how can I look at my photos?

When photos are taken, the photographer will give you a cardboard " map card " which shows the date of the photo and the name of the group.

We can mail printed proofs( small photographs- 2X3inches) of your images up to a maximum of 6. There is a $5 processing and mailing fee for proofs. If you require proofs for a private photo session an 8X10 contact sheet of all your images can be printed for $10 per roll. We will need the date and name of your group along with mailing address and credit card number. The date and name can be found on your cardboard " map card"

Proofs can be ordered by telephone or email.


I ordered photos, how long until my prints arrive by mail?

International Destination (outside North America) – Photos can take from 4 – 6 weeks to arrive at addresses outside North America.

Within North America – Photos can take from 2 – 5 weeks to arrive at destinations within North America.

Mail within Canada may take between 1 week and 3 weeks to arrive.

If you have not received your order within the above time frames, please feel free to contact us by email or telephone. Please have your invoice number ready (6 digit number at the top right corner of your pink receipt)


Can I have my order couriered?

Orders can be shipped via Federal Express or Purolator Courier. We ship all orders via your account number or we will contact the courier with your credit card number and you will be billed directly. Due to our location outside a major urban center, we are often unable to offer next day delivery.


My order has arrived and is missing photos or logos – what should I do?

We have a rigorous quality control program at Coast Mountain Photography but occasionally there are difficulties with orders.

If your order is incomplete, please call Coast Mountain Photography at 604-938-1480 or email mail@coastphoto.com explaining the problem. Please have ready your six digit "invoice number" located in the top right hand corner of your pink receipt issued at the time of purchase.

Please be prepared to give us a description and size of the missing image.


Damaged Photographs – what do I do?

We guarantee delivery of your photos in undamaged condition and ship all our orders in damage resistant packaging.

In the event your order has been damaged, please put the photos back in the envelope with a note regarding the damage. Seal the envelope and mail your photos and note back to our address. We will reprint and re-mail your photos at no charge.


I am unhappy with my photos – what do I do?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your prints, please contact us at 604-938-1480, or via email at www.mail@coastphoto.com explaining your concern.

We will gladly reprint your order after your have returned the images to us for inspection.

Some restrictions apply and we reserve the right to refuse reprinting in certain circumstances. Please call or email if you have any questions

We have several video packages:

Black tusk:

1-4 people
1.5 hrs filming
Edited to 10-15 minute video
Includes 1 VHS cassette
$350 per session

Spearhead Package:

1-4 People
3 hrs filming
Edited to 15-20 minute video
Includes 1 VHS cassette
$550 per session

Tantalus Package:

For groups of 6 or more people
1.5 hrs filming
Edited to 10-15 minute video
Includes 1 VHS cassette for each person
$100 per person

All video packages are accompanied by a photographer who will shoot your best action on film (36 exposures)

Prints are NOT included in the price. You have the option to purchase only those prints that you like.
